10、请双方技术代表根据软件3D模型，对于结构使用性能进行纠错讨论不不断改善，直到采购方技术代表认为可以投入生产。 

11、上海雅铭实施实际投入零件制作和标准件采购。 

12、上海雅铭实施组装机器、配线、软件，调机。 

13、上海雅铭产品试制成功，邀请买方技术代表验收。 

14、核对验收标准，不符合，在合同范围内继续改善。 

15、符合验收标准，付清余款；卖方开具发票，运到买方公司，并且进行操作培训。

10. The technical representatives of both parties are requested to carry out error correction discussions on the use of the structure based on the software 3D model and do not continue to improve until the technical representative of the purchaser thinks that it can be put into production.

11. Jingliu implements actual input parts production and standard parts procurement.

12. Jingliu implements assembling machines, wiring, software, and adjusting machines.

13. The trial production of Jingliu products is successful, and the buyer’s technical representative is invited for acceptance.

14. Check the acceptance criteria, if they are not in compliance, continue to improve within the scope of the contract.

15. Comply with the acceptance criteria and pay the balance; the seller issues an invoice, transports it to the buyer’s company, and conducts operational training.
